Ethan came to our cabin today with an assistant to do maintenance and repair a faulty ignition system. As a team they worked together efficiently and communicated with us to explain steps as they were occurring. Ethan determined a problem with the balancing of my fireplace insert upon a routine cleaning service call.  He recommended the unit be rebalanced for easier/safer maintenance and service.
