First time hot tub owners - five star experience from sales (Mary) to install and training (Sam). Mary kept us on track - even offering options for early delivery! I don't usually leave reviews, but am happy to leave one for Tom, Sam and the Mountain Home Center team! The sales team, installation crew, and the Crane Operator, were all courteous, professional and easy to work with, overall making the process very pleasant and efficient. Sam was an incredible help in making such a big decision: I was considering a few different options for various reasons (size being one of them) and Sam was able to send me superimposed images of the tub on my deck, confirming the dimensions, while I was 200 miles away! In this situation, size really does matter! It was so helpful, that it provided the confidence for me to pull the trigger on that particular tub. Once the tub was installed and running, Sam came out to review it and its features and told us anything and everything we wanted/needed to know about hot tubs (eg shower BEFORE getting in)! Stopped in to ask a few questions on my fireplace remote operation which stopped working.  James was very generous in providing advice that fixed the issue (shorted wire behind the unit).
