As a team they worked together efficiently and communicated with us to explain steps as they were occurring.  We asked for a thermostat and Ethan explained some options and had a remote⅞ control version with him in his truck. Perfect for our situation. They worked together well. He recommended the unit be rebalanced for easier/safer maintenance and service.  Ethan and Alex returned  and leveled the insert  several different ways until they got it right. Mary kept us on track - even offering options for early delivery! And Sam’s owner briefing was amazing, with a deeply educational mix of technical and practical on ownership and maintenance.
