Full-Time Retail Store/Maintenance Clerk
This is a full time, year round (32-40) hours per week position. This position is responsible for giving excellent customer service and maintaining daily appearance of showroom and patio furniture.
This position is a member of the Retail Team. This position reports to Retail Store Manager.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and provide a welcoming environment for Customers
- Ring Up Point of Sale Transactions
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate department
- Maintain Showroom & Patio Furniture Appearance on a Daily Basis
- Assist in Restocking
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pricing Product as needed
- Seasonal Special Projects
SKILLS NEEDED:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, even in challenging situations
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and move accurately to clean furniture
- Strong Attention to Detail/Accuracy along with strong Organizational Skills
- Strong Computer Skills & Knowledge of Point Of Sale Systems
- Accurate Cash/Payment Handling
- Ability to work with limited supervision, stay on task
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when routing calls and giving information to callers
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate with many people in multiple departments

Service Technician (Apprentice or Experienced)
We are currently seeking a Service Technician/ Experienced Or Apprentice to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, and repair fireplaces, Spas and other products at customers’ homes.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair products • Perform routine tune-ups and maintenance • Fire-up and test new products
Qualifications: • Previous experience is helpful but not necessary • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Deadline and detail-oriented
We are looking for a career-minded and hard-working individual to help in our Service Dept.
- For Apprentice position, skills required include:
- Clean DMV (No Dui) – Drug-free workplace (must pass drug screen, excludes THC testing)
- Able to regularly lift 50lbs
- Ability to learn
- Clean, neat and organized
- For Experienced Fireplace Tech
- In addition to the above required skills + NFI Certification not necessary, but recommended
- 2 years minimum fireplace tech experience

This position is responsible for delivering products sold by Mountain Home Center
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulling Daily Route Sheets and Orders
- Driving company vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
- Doing vehicle checklist every week
- Performing safety checks on vehicles
- Maintain delivery vehicles for cleanliness
- Loading and securing MHC inventory for delivery
- Deliver product to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Protect and maintain MHC inventory
- Communicate professionally with customers & coworkers, including calling customers before & after deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assemble and touch up MHC Products/Inventory
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Helps maintain all MHC property, including occasional building & grounds repairs/maintenance
- Dump Runs
- Snow Removal from property
- Any other projects/tasks deemed necessary to meet the company’s goals
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:
